1.1. Estape Tools is provided under a free license for both commercial and non-commercial use.
1.2. You are authorized to use the plugin in game-related projects and products not related to games.
2.1. It is expressly forbidden to resell or redistribute Estape Tools in any format.
2.2. You may access and modify the source code of Estape Tools. However, any redistribution of a modified version must be done as a separate, independently compiled plugin.
2.3. If you create an independently compiled plugin, you must not use the Estape Tools logo. You must use your own logo or one for which you have obtained proper authorization.
4.1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights to Estape Tools remain with the original author.
5.1. Estape Tools is provided "as is." The author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Estape Tools.
6.1. This agreement shall remain in effect as long as you use Estape Tools in compliance with the terms above. Violation of any part of this agreement will result in the automatic revocation of the license.
7.1. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to Estape Tools.
7.2. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
